We recommend removing before swimming and showering because this design uses a translucent crystal and soap, dirt and water may get trapped in the gap between the crystal and the wire.

If you select this necklace in sterling silver keep in mind all silver jewelry oxidises when exposed to water but it is easily removed with a polishing cloth.

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, but as all jewelry is delicate we're unable to cover accidental loss, damages or changes in appearance due to normal wear or rough handling.

Should it unexpectantly break we offer free repairs up to 1 year from purchase and a small fee on repairs required beyond that.

Your jewelry is made to order especially for you in our studio. We use eco-friendly traditional wire-wrapping methods to securely attach our crystals to the metal. Your jewelry is made with longevity in mind so you can enjoy your jewels for years to come.

I recently purchased the Tiny Rough Pink Tourmaline Gemstone Pendant, with 14k Gold fill but the pendant was not the same colour as on your website. You kindly agreed to make me another pendant, slightly larger and in the darker colour (I returned the paler pendant). It is lovely.
