Returns & exchanges

If you change your mind we gladly accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:
  • Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
  • Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
  • Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
  • All sale items and gift cards are final and are exempt from being returned

Faulty items

Every care is given to ensure your jewellery arrives just as pictured but if anything is wrong you can return it for a replacement. Please use our returns portal to arrange this.

How to return your jewellery:

If you'd like to make a return please use our returns portal to make a return request. You'll just need your email address and order number.

You'll have the option to make an exchange, return for refund back to original method of payment, or return for store credit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We have a return address in Australia, US & UK in order to keep return shipping costs low for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please return your item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your tracking states the parcel has been delivered to our mailbox, please allow up to 5 business days from us receiving your parcel to inspect and process your return.
